Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AdBlueprint (the "Service"), a web application that helps small businesses generate Meta Ads campaign plans using artificial intelligence. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Thai law to use AdBlueprint. By signing up you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us immediately.

3. Points and payments

3.1 How points work

AdBlueprint uses a prepaid points system instead of subscriptions. Points are spent each time you use a paid feature:

• 50 points — generate a new blueprint
• 20 points — refresh an existing blueprint's ad angles
• 20 points — analyse your campaign results against the blueprint's estimates

New users receive 50 free points upon signing up. Additional points are purchased in fixed bundles via Stripe. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and is denominated in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of any applicable VAT.

3.2 Refund policy

Points are non-refundable once purchased. Because each blueprint generation triggers a real cost on our side (compute and AI inference), we cannot reverse a top-up after credits have been added.

If a generation fails because of a bug on our side (the AI call errors out, the database write fails, etc.), the points are automatically refunded to your balance — you only pay for runs that complete successfully.

Points have no expiry date. If you stop using the Service for a year and come back, your balance will still be there.

3.3 Pricing changes

We may change the price of point bundles in the future. Existing balances and active purchases are not affected; new purchases are at the then-current price.

4. AI-generated content

Blueprints are generated by an AI model (currently OpenAI GPT-4o) based on the information you provide. You should treat AI output as a starting point, not a guarantee:

• Performance estimates are not guarantees. CPM, CPA, ROAS, and other figures shown are based on industry benchmarks and your inputs. Actual results depend on creative quality, market conditions, audience response, and many factors outside our control.
• Review before launch. Always review ad copy, targeting suggestions, and budget recommendations before pushing them live in Meta Ads Manager. AI can produce factual errors, mistranslations, or off-brand language.
• Compliance is your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply with Meta's policies, local advertising regulations (including the Thai Consumer Protection Act), and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business.

4.1 Ownership of generated content

You retain full ownership of the blueprints you generate, including the ad copy, targeting suggestions, and analyses. You may use, modify, and publish them freely. We do not claim any rights to your generated content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate ads for products or services that are illegal in Thailand or in the country where the ad will run (e.g. unregulated supplements, gambling without proper licensing, weapons).
• Submit prompts intended to extract our system prompts, jailbreak the AI, or generate harmful content (hate speech, harassment, content involving minors, etc.).
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Service through automation.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service itself (you may use the generated outputs commercially — that's the whole point).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the system prompts, schema, or AI configuration.
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent point limits.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of remaining points.

6. Intellectual property

AdBlueprint's software, design, system prompts, and trademarks are our intellectual property and are protected by Thai and international copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Your generated content (blueprints, ad copy, analyses) belongs to you, as stated in Section 4.1.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security updates, or for reasons outside our control (third-party outages, infrastructure failures, force majeure). Where possible we will give advance notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that AI-generated blueprints will produce specific business outcomes, returns on advertising spend, or any particular performance level.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, lost ad spend, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or from your use of the Service to advertise products or services in a manner that violates law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by messaging us on LINE at @adblueprint. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unused points are forfeited on termination unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or use the Service in ways that risk harm to other users or our infrastructure.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a Terms change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
